We have introduced an Organisation record, which can be though of the umbrella under which all your records sit – and the account you log in to.
Adding an Organisation record allows Beegle to cater for different levels of complexity when it comes to business and licensing structures.
At the more basic end, our database no longer requires a Corporate Authorised Representative. This means an adviser directly authorised by a licensee can accurately implement their structure in Beegle.
The update also supports multiple CARs or businesses under one organisation. This helps larger firms with centralised logins and cross-entity client access.
As before, you can assign users, client groups, and businesses to individual offices or multiple offices.
The final change we have made is to manage licensee records internally. Beegle will manage these details, allowing you to simply select the licensee you operate under.
